Annual cost for a full service RV site, payable in advance is between $3,000 to $4,000.

Pricing will be slightly higher on larger than average lots and/or for premium locations. Pricing includes winter storage, electricity, water, sewer, WiFi, mini-golf, and use of all amenities. The Resort is open and fully serviced from April 15th to Oct. 15th. Access to your RV site is available during the winter months on the first Sat. of every month and/or by contacting the managers.
